We provide pre-and post-sales support for the products of the companies which we represent as well as for the products of the companies of which we are the dealer or solution partner.
Before the sale, we help our customer in selecting and providing the most suitable products for their need, and respond technical questions from our customers about products.
In case our customers are in need of support during implementation of the products we sold, we provide technical support for these products either by phone, or in our office, or in the field, and assist our customers until the products work smoothly.
